Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service
  Now Architect.
• Deep knowledge of the Service
  Now platform and software engineering practices.
• Relevant certifications (e. g. , Service
  Now Certified System Architect).

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Adaptability and proactive approach to challenges.
