? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• 3–5 years of
  - on Service
  Now development experience.
• Proficiency in Java
  Script, Glide scripting, and Service
  Now APIs.
• Experience with Service
  Now modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
• Familiarity with Service
  Now best practices and platform architecture.
• Service
  Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required;
  
  Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills.

? HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Design and develop Service
  Now applications, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Customize Service
  Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc. ) using scripting (Java
  Script, Glide API).
• Implement and maintain Service
  Now integrations with
  - party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Service
  Now configurations and performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
