Now Technical Developer to be part of their Center of Excellence, working alongside top industry specialists to drive global transformation projects from Portugal. Locations Porto, Lisbon, Braga Work Mode Hybrid (2-3 days in the office) Direct contract with the end client Key Responsibilities - Actively participate in
- driven projects focused on optimizing operations through the Service
Now platform.

- Plan, execute, and coordinate project activities, providing guidance to junior team members, using an Agile approach.

- Manage daily client interactions and translate business requirements into
- quality, scalable development solutions.

- Share knowledge and support junior colleagues in achieving team objectives.

- Create and maintain project documentation and provide technical support to national and international clients. Requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

- Proficiency in Java
Script, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

- 2-3 years of experience in Service
Now development and implementation (minimum of two full project rollouts).

- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Service
Now Certified System Administrator (preferential).
