We are looking for an Amazing:

Services Manager

Seniority:

Senior (5+ years)

Type of position:

Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates must already reside in Portugal.

The amazing you will have:

• Proven experience in the implementation and configuration of ITSM platforms.
• Knowledge of IT service management workflows.
• Experience with process automation and scripting.
• Ability to develop monitoring reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in user training.

To stand out even more, you’ll have (plus):

• Certifications in ITIL, ITSM, or related fields.
• Experience with tools like Service
  Now, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and Dev
  Ops.
