Services Ordering and Invoicing Officer
**Responsibilities - your mission**For the following scope of Airbus Services: Training, Airframe & Upgrades, Digital solutions, Consulting, Flight Operations, Maintenance & Engineering, the Job holder is in charge of:* Managing accurate and timely administration of Airbus SAS Services business transactions: + Services orders acknowledgment, validation, acceptance, creation and
- up and + Services invoicing* Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers* Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill* Fixing billing errors by issuing credit notes* Handling customers' ordering and billing queries* Ensuring: + all processes follow internal and international business standards + revenues are booked to the rightful budget destination* Using Airbus reporting system and providing monthly status: + by service and product line + For orders
- time (Acknowledge and Acceptance lead time) and invoices + For the list of missing documents (purchase order, service delivery notification, etc. ) to each Service Line (operating unit)* Keeping database(s) up to date (customer service catalog)* Assisting Training Contract Managers on its daily activities (creation,
- up and closure of free of charge orders)* Contributing to Airbus financial targets by securing revenues. * Acting in compliance with the Process SE.
