We are looking for a Settlement Officer

MAIN TASKS:

Take an active role in the implementation of the PIRUM platform , collaborating with both local and international teams to ensure a smooth integration.

Analyze, reconcile, and resolve breaks in Fixed Income trades across multiple systems and platforms.

Address and clear existing backlogs , proposing
- term solutions and driving continuous process enhancements.

Manage settlement instructions (SSI) and oversee communication via SWIFT.

Work closely with global stakeholders to ensure seamless
- trade operations, especially for the U. S. market.

Leverage
- standard tools to automate reconciliation processes and enhance operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS :

Solid experience in financial operations, with a strong focus on reconciliation and settlement.

Analytical profile with a
- oriented mindset , comfortable investigating complex breaks and discrepancies.

Strong understanding of financial markets and Fixed Income instruments.

Hands-on experience with PIRUM , SWIFT messaging, SSI, and break resolution processes.

Knowledge of settlement and custody operations, and ability to apply compliance requirements.

Fluency in English (mandatory).

Hybrid regime in Lisbon
