About The Job
- The Settlement Processing Analyst works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for processing main activities including
- &
- settlement activities, clearing, legal documentation, and
- related accounting for securities in scope. The Officer interacts with internal departments, external counterparties, and entities.
Your Main Activities Are
- Responsible for the timely and
- effective settlement of client transactions, monitoring, analyzing, and processing client instruction data. - Develop deep knowledge of market requirements, internal processes, and tools.
- Ensure market information databases and internal procedures are known and updated.
- Execute checklist tasks in line with internal procedures and market rules to mitigate settlement costs and operational risks.
- Communicate effectively with the Client Facing team and support daily activities, following up on pending investigations.
- Contribute to the successful operation of the Settlement Department, adhering to BNP Paribas rules on Compliance, Risk, and Conduct.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or similar.
- Advanced English skills, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of MS Office Excel.
- Attention to detail and rigor.
- Results-driven with the ability to deliver.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Client-focused approach.
