About The Job

• The Settlement Processing Analyst works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for processing main activities including
  - &
  - settlement activities, clearing, legal documentation, and
  - related accounting for securities in scope. The Officer interacts with internal departments, external counterparties, and entities.

Your Main Activities Are

• Responsible for the timely and
  - effective settlement of client transactions, monitoring, analyzing, and processing client instruction data.
• Develop deep knowledge of market requirements, internal processes, and tools.
• Ensure market information databases and internal procedures are known and updated.
• Execute checklist tasks in line with internal procedures and market rules to mitigate settlement costs and operational risks.
• Communicate effectively with the Client Facing team and support daily activities, following up on pending investigations.
• Contribute to the successful operation of the Settlement Department, adhering to BNP Paribas rules on Compliance, Risk, and Conduct.

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or similar.
• Advanced English skills, both written and oral.
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel.
• Attention to detail and rigor.
• Results-driven with the ability to deliver.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Client-focused approach.
