• Direct involvement in recruiting and onboarding Portuguese nurses for German-speaking hospitals

• Background in nursing (Diploma Enfermeira, Diploma Enfermeiro / Carta de Courso)
• First experience or strong interest in HR and international Recruiting
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 or higher, both written and spoken)
• High degree of motivation, flexibility and ownership
• Confidence working in a digital and intercultural environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Porto
