Point site and related training content within Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Western Europe and Africa.

Responsibilities

• Support in the management of Share
  Point site ensuring it is visually appealing, intuitive, and regularly updated.
• Support in the design and implement innovative layouts, navigation structures, and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure compliance with internal branding, accessibility, and security standards.
• Support in the development of engaging training materials, including tutorial videos, walkthroughs, and quick guides tailored to different user groups.
• Maintain a library of training resources on the Share
  Point site, ensuring content is easy to find and up to date.
• Use creative tools and techniques to simplify complex processes and improve learning outcomes.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve the digital experience of users interacting with the application and its Share
  Point site.
• Stay updated with Share
  Point capabilities and digital communication trends to propose enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, personalization, and integration with other tools.
• Act as the point of contact for Share
  Point-related queries and feedback.
• Conduct periodic reviews with stakeholders to assess site performance and training effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and change management efforts through effective communication and training.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Share
  Point design, content management, and user experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
