To strengthen our team in Portugal, we are looking for a motivated and driven Shift Leader (m/f/d) for our point of sale at the Lisbon Oriente bus station. You will be responsible for the
-
- day management of your shift, supporting the shop team and ensuring smooth operations. This role reports directly to the Shop Manager.

About The Role

1. Shift Coordination: organize tasks and objectives (quality, sales, personal development) at the start of each shift and ensure
   - up during the day
2. Operational Oversight: guarantee smooth shift operations, focusing on team
   - being, safety, and customer satisfaction, as well as uniform compliance
3. Service Quality: ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the shift
4. Closing Procedures: oversee cash counts and secure
   -
   - shift processes
5. Team Support: provide
   - on support to cashiers and agents during busy periods, conflicts, or operational issues (e. g. , cancellations, rebookings)
6. Coaching & Feedback: provide regular guidance and motivation to the team
7. Onboarding & Training: support the integration and development of new team members

About You

1. 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, retail, or operations; leadership experience is a plus
2. Experience in sales and cash management is a big plus
3. Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
4. Organized, proactive, and resilient, able to solve problems and perform under pressure
5. Able to quickly familiarize yourself with the tools at your disposal (tablets, web applications, etc. )
6. Fluent in both Portuguese and English; other languages are a strong advantage
7. Flexible availability from Monday to Sunday,
   - based
