As a Finnish Ship to Bill Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Create customer accounts in SAP and perform
  - qualification requirements.
• Provide customers with account information and monitor customer activation.
• Manage invoicing processes:
  
  generate invoices, review unbilled sales, process credit/debit notes, and handle
  - end accruals and reports.
• Perform cash application duties:
  
  apply, match, and clear payments accurately and timely;
  
  
  
  monitor aging items andsystem
  - match issues;
  
  
  
  resolve unapplied/misapplied payments;
  
  
  
  escalate as needed.
• Manage collections:
  
  oversee AR portfolio and overdue payments according to KPIs.
• Handle credit activities:
  
  create/modify credit limits, release blocked orders, check product promotion rules, update product catalogs, and track MSLA kits payments and quantities.
• Support retail site mystery shopper reporting, loyalty programs, incentive activities, and price adjustments.
• Update Global Smart Forms and review travel & entertainment expense reports.
• Assist in controls compliance, record management, and safety/security reporting.
• Report on Loss Prevention, Safe Driver Observations, mileage, and work hours;
  
  
  
  monitor POAs and data maintenance.
• Address customer complaints and queries, route unresolved issues appropriately, and ensure
  - quality customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat.
• Maintain SLA adherence, respond promptly, and report KPIs and SLAs.
• Perform proofreading, basic translation, mass communication, and
  - hoc tasks.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related fields, experience in order management, MDM, AR, billing, accounting, or logistics, native Finnish language skills, and B2 level English proficiency.
