We are seeking support for our Logistics department at our Oporto Warehouse.

Your role in our team:

1. Perform and develop various logistics activities related to product and material shipping, ensuring correct and efficient load planning, packaging, and shipping coordination.
2. Coordinate the development of equipment packing concepts and ensure the availability of materials and tools for shipment to customers.
3. Guarantee proper packaging, loading, and shipping of equipment to customers in accordance with supply contracts.
4. Verify all necessary documentation for the transportation of equipment.
5. Promote continuous improvement by
   - evaluating processes and working methods.
6. Ensure compliance with the company's policies on quality, environment, and safety.

Your Profile

1. Degree in an engineering field related to industry (e. g. , Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering) or technical experience.
2. Experience in Logistics Shipping.
3. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
5. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
6. Dynamic team player with a proactive and resilient personality.
