We are looking for support for our Logistics department at our Oporto Warehouse.

Your role in our team:

1. Perform and develop various logistics activities related to product and materials shipping, ensuring correct and efficient load planning, packaging, and shipping coordination.
2. Coordinate equipment packing concept development and ensure materials or tools for shipment to customers are prepared.
3. Guarantee correct packaging, loading, and shipping of equipment to customers in accordance with supply contracts.
4. Verify all documentary management necessary for the transportation of equipment.
5. Promote continuous improvement processes,
   - evaluating processes and work methods.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies on quality, environment, and safety.

Your Profile

1. Degree in an engineering field related to industry (e. g. , Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Materials Engineering) or technical experience.
2. Work experience in Logistics Shipping.
3. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
5. Knowledge of ERPs (SAP is a plus).
6. Dynamic team player with a proactive and resilient personality.
