- sufficient professional to fill an immediate opening for Shopify Growth Manager/CRO for a

- driven growth strategies, conversion optimization, and performance marketing?

As Shopify Growth Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the companys Shopify store, improving the customer journey, and driving revenue growth. You will implement
- driven strategies to increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Optimization: Enhance user experience and journey; optimize the website to maximize sales.
• A/B Testing & CRO: Implement split tests on landing pages, checkout flow, and product pages to drive conversions.
• Sales Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to reduce cart abandonment.
• Data Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Reports, Hotjar, and heatmaps to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with Paid Traffic Manager and the Marketing team to align store strategies with paid ads, improve visual assets, and enhance product catalog performance.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in
  - commerce operations.
• Expert-level Shopify knowledge (themes, apps, integrations).
• Proven success in CRO, A/B testing, and increasing key metrics.
• Ability to analyze and act on customer data to drive growth.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points)

• Familiarity with paid ads, SEO.
• Experience with Tik
  Tok Shop and emerging
  - commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of email automation tools like Klaviyo.
