Responsibilities

• Develop advanced
  - based simulations of reversible refrigeration systems using Dymola/Modelica.
• Calibrate models using large experimental datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Identify optimization potentials to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
• Expand and maintain a comprehensive model library for refrigeration circuit components.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to integrate simulation insights into product development.

Your profile / Qualifications

• Education: Ph
  D or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with system simulation tools such as Modelica/Dymola, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar. Practical knowledge of HVAC systems, especially heat pump and refrigeration circuits.
• Know-how: Strong understanding of components like compressors, evaporators, condensers, and expansion valves. Skilled in experimental data acquisition, processing, and model calibration. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Working style and methods: Structured and methodical approach to
  - solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Personality: Curious,
  - oriented, and passionate about sustainable technology. Open-minded and inclusive, with a drive to innovate and improve.
