How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Serve as the Site Engineering Subject Matter Expert, ensuring optimal radio site installation for customer projects.
- Provide technical and site solution support during project initiation, including participation in
- sales workshops. - Finalize and implement site solution designs, collaborating closely with the Project Delivery and Technical Managers.
- Lead subcontractor onboarding and training, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Manage site survey documentation and implementation guidelines, coordinating with stakeholders to clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and resolve installation issues, maintaining effective communication with subcontractors and project teams.
- Conduct audits and participate in quality assessments for site installations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Continuously update technical documents and installation guidelines to reflect changes in project requirements or specifications.
You have:
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in radio telecom implementation projects
- Proficiency with Nokia radio equipment (Air
Scale BTS) - Valid driving license
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Knowledge of telecom site installation processes and documentation
- Familiarity with quality management processes and standards
- Background in technical training or coaching for subcontractors
