How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Serve as the Site Engineering Subject Matter Expert, ensuring optimal radio site installation for customer projects.
• Provide technical and site solution support during project initiation, including participation in
  - sales workshops.
• Finalize and implement site solution designs, collaborating closely with the Project Delivery and Technical Managers.
• Lead subcontractor onboarding and training, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage site survey documentation and implementation guidelines, coordinating with stakeholders to clarify roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor and resolve installation issues, maintaining effective communication with subcontractors and project teams.
• Conduct audits and participate in quality assessments for site installations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Continuously update technical documents and installation guidelines to reflect changes in project requirements or specifications.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Fluent in Italian and English
• Minimum 5 years of experience in radio telecom implementation projects
• Proficiency with Nokia radio equipment (Air
  Scale BTS)
• Valid driving license
  
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in project management and coordination
• Knowledge of telecom site installation processes and documentation
• Familiarity with quality management processes and standards
• Background in technical training or coaching for subcontractors
