We are currently seeking to incorporate a Site Manager for a strategic project involving the construction of a green hydrogen plant in Sines, Portugal. The selected professional will play a key role in the coordination of site activities, acting as the primary link between project management, local authorities, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Location:

? Sines, Portugal

Work Modality:

? Site-based.

Main Functions:

? Coordinate and establish strategic relationships with local authorities, clients, business partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

? Act as a liaison between project management and government entities, particularly the Ministry of the Interior.

Responsibilities:

? Quality assurance and control throughout all phases of the project.

? Implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies.

? Construction activities.

? Subcontract administration.

? Supervision of budget execution and cost control.

? Planning and monitoring of construction schedules, as well as preparation of progress reports.

? Coordination of field engineering, logistics, and material management at the worksite.

? Supervision and management of the workforce, as well as site operations and business activities.

? Coordination of
- commissioning, commissioning, and project handover phases.

? Maintenance of optimal labor relations and liaison with local authorities.

Requirements:

? Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.

? Proven experience in EPCm projects and site management from an engineering perspective.

? Must have held this position in at least 3 previous projects.
