Our client is a company recognized for its commitment to precision, reliability, and safety in the aerospace and metal fabrication sectors. They are recruiting a Site Manager to lead and build a new operations center in Europe, focusing on Ground Support Equipment, engine tooling and metal fabrication.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all site operations, including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).

Drive operational excellence and ensure the timely delivery of
- quality products.

Manage the site's budget and financial performance.

Implement and maintain continuous improvement methodologies.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry certifications.

Lead and mentor a growing team to meet production goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, operations, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, with a strong background in metal fabrication.

Proven experience in a greenfield or startup environment.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, continuous improvement methodologies (e. g. , Lean Manufacturing), and EHS regulations.

Experience in the aerospace or aviation industry (preferential).

Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding and CNC machining (preferential).

Lean Six Sigma certification (preferential).

Excellent leadership, communication, and
- solving skills.

Fluency in English (written and verbal).
