Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, maintenance, and repairs, including vendor coordination and occasional weekend oversight.
- Act as main point of contact for suppliers: sourcing, placing orders, tracking costs, and processing invoices (SAP/Webcost).
- Organize internal meetings and events such as management meetings, town halls, and employee engagement activities.

Point, newsletters, ESG reports, and weekly updates to management. - Prepare weekly reports for the Site Management Director.
- Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate health & safety procedures, including evacuations and fire drills.
- Oversee budget tracking, company card reconciliation, and furniture/equipment orders.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proactive attitude and
- solving mindset. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Share
Point and SAP is a plus. - Team player with a
- on approach.
