As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Support both technical and business teams in enhancing the transport and logistics systems critical for omnichannel operations.

- Gather information and troubleshoot application integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and seamless functionality.

- Collaborate proactively with internal and external teams to maintain and improve system integrations.

- Perform proactive monitoring and participate in
- call rotations to swiftly respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis and prevent future occurrences.

About You

You are our ideal candidate if you:

- Possess over 3 years of experience in application support specifically in SRE.

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to understand and prioritize system functionalities and problems.

- Have a solid understanding of operationalizing microservices and familiarity with technologies such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS.

- Bring experience in coding (e. g. , . NET Core, Python) and are familiar with collaborative platforms like Jira, Confluence, Git
Lab.

- Are proactive in validating logs, suggesting improvements, and have the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
