Who We're Looking For:

Professional Experience & Technical Skills:

• Training: Deliver training sessions to SREs and their managers, ensuring understanding and adoption of SRE practices.
• Coaching & Support: Foster an SRE mindset grounded in Agile and Dev
  Ops principles. Work closely with SREs through daily interactions and
  -
  - one sessions to identify improvement opportunities in application production, guide the implementation of solutions, support skill development, and assess the maturity of practices over time.
• Recruitment & Evaluation: Contribute to the recruitment process of SREs by administering technical assessments, providing feedback, and supporting hiring managers in the evaluation process.
• Transformation Strategy: Collaborate in shaping the transformation strategy and support plan by taking part in workshops, brainstorming sessions with the transformation team, and developing training materials.
