We are currently seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities

• Perform L1. 5 activities such as monitoring, deployment, rollback.
• Monitor the efficiency of Azure cloud systems to prevent outages.
• Initiate Incident Management bridge in case of outages.
• Troubleshoot Azure resources and escalate to Level 3 (soft dev team).

Qualifications

• Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud, ideally Azure Fundamentals certified or a degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Management.
• Familiarity with Paa
  S and Iaa
  S components such as VMs, Storage, Event
  Hub, Service Fabric Cluster, Azure Kubernetes Service, Cosmos
  DB, SQL Server, Io
  T Hub, Databricks, Key
  Vault, Datalake.
• Knowledge of Io
  T concepts: telemetry, ingestion, processing, data storage, reporting.
• Experience with tools like Octopus, Bamboo, Terraform, Azure Dev
  Ops, Jenkins, Github, Ansible.
• Understanding container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Power
  Shell and Python.
• Knowledge of No
  SQL and SQL databases and their maintenance.
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems such as Log
  Analytics, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Nagios, Zabbix.
• Independent thinking: proactive problem identification and resolution.
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
