Must have skill

• Strong working knowledge in Dev
  Ops tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Git, Bitbucket, XLR
• Good Linux skills (proper
  - on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
• Above average SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins,
  - queries, DMLs and DDLs.
• Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
• Good to have PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools)-Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem
• Good and confident communication skills; Positive learning attitude
• Should take up CRQ, Incidents and problem ticket ownership and drive issues to closure

Good to have skill

• Java based Application support/API support/Batch support
• Good to have Release management skills (Deployments, DR activity); Added advantage - (Chef for Automation, Kubernetes, docker, any cloud) (10%)
