? What You’ll Do

• Support both technical and business teams ?
• Troubleshoot application integrations and gather critical information ?
• Collaborate with internal and external teams seamlessly ?
• Proactively monitor systems and respond to incidents ⚙
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues ?
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent issues effectively ?
• Participate in
  - call rotations and ensure system reliability 24/7 ?

? What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support / SRE ? ?
• Strong analytical mindset – spot patterns, not just problems ?
• Experience with microservices and cloud environments ☁
• Familiarity with tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS ?
• Coding skills in. NET Core or Python ?
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git
  Lab ?
• Ability to understand complex systems and communicate with
  - tech stakeholders ?
• Retail experience is a plus ?
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken ?
