About the Role
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a passion for automation, reliability, and scalability. You will work on incident response, release management, and cloud infrastructure automation while collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in incident response and release management.
- Run environments with a focus on Ansible automation, continuous delivery, deployment, and cloud automation.
- Administer Linux systems (Debian preferred).
- Administer AWS infrastructure and ensure reliability.
- Participate in a 24/7
- call rotation for critical systems. - Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Debug application and infrastructure integrations in complex cloud environments.
- Work with
- users and technical support on customer concerns. - Document processes and solutions to avoid repetitive learning.
- Proactively identify and fix issues with an enthusiastic approach.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years working in incident response and release management.
- 2+ years experience with Ansible automation, continuous delivery, deployment, and cloud automation.
- 2+ years Linux systems administration experience (Debian preferred).
- 1+ years
- on experience administering AWS infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in administering
- grade infrastructures like AWS, Azure, etc. - Background in

- code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Cloud
Formation, etc. - Strong security, networking, and Linux systems admin skills, including tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, Nmap.
- Strong scripting skills in Golang, Python, and Bash.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing infrastructure using tools such as Datadog, Cloud
Watch, Grafana, etc. - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git
Lab, Argo
CD, etc. - Ability to debug application and infrastructure integrations in complex cloud environments.
- Experience working with
- users and technical support on customer concerns. - Collaborating with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Required Language Thresholds:
- English: (B2-Level)
