Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
• Manage multiple concurrent issues, prioritize effectively, and discuss priorities with the team.
• Understand the underlying concepts of functionalities to prioritize problems.
• Gather information and troubleshoot application integrations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git
  Lab.
• Familiarity with AWS, ELK (Elasticsearch), Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and. NET Core.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
