WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Provision servers using Ansible / Terraform.
2. Deploy applications with Ansible.
3. Provide technical support for systems, applications, and batches used by Wealth Management.
4. Analyze logs for unknown errors and update support knowledge articles.
5. Monitor issues raised by monitoring systems or users.
6. Work on a production support shift (12:00 am to 8:00 pm).
7. Participate in weekend and public holiday deployments for projects and patch upgrades.
8. Maintain a strong background in Linux / Unix / Windows Administration.
9. Onboard and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes.
10. Proficient in a scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred).
11. Experience with deployment automation tools (Ansible or similar).
12. Expertise in IBM Web
    Sphere v8, Tomcat v8. 5, and Apache v2. 4.
13. Knowledge of IBM s
    FTP, CFT or equivalent.
14. Basic database administration experience (Oracle, MS SQL, Mongo
    DB).

NICE TO HAVE

1. Knowledge of Job Scheduling Tools (Autosys or similar).
2. IBM MQ V7/V8 administration.
3. Kafka administration.
4. Experience with monitoring and log tools (Splunk / Sysdig / Dynatrace).
