Role:

Site Reliability Engineer

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer/Application Support Engineer;
• Experience with ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git
  Lab;
• Experience with Microservices Architecture;
• Understanding of different systems and their functionalities;
• Experience validating logs and metrics to detect problems;
• Ability to suggest improvements (logging systems, metrics, alarms on platforms/tools);
• Experience communicating with stakeholders;
• Experience with. NET Core and Python (plus);
• Strong
  - solving skills and attention to detail;
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
