We’re Hiring: Skilled Trade Tutors (Remote – UK & Germany)

FJ International Career Institute is seeking experienced professionals in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or welding to join our Skilled Trade Pathway Program a 12–15 month initiative preparing global learners for rewarding trades careers across Europe, with guaranteed internships in the UK or Germany.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging online training in your trade specialty

Guide students on both technical skills and cultural readiness

Mentor aspiring tradespeople entering the EU job market

Collaborate with international teams (short-term travel possible)

What You Bring

3+ years of practical,
- on field experience

(Bonus) Previous teaching or training experience

Excellent communication and online facilitation skills
