Provide exceptional support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.

Requirements:
- Native French speaker with a good level of English proficiency.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting (minimum 1 year).
- Motivated and committed individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write effectively in French.

- Sales/commercial background is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service or credit recovery is beneficial.
