Role

This is a
- time remote Job role, located in Portugal. As a Production Planning and Quality Management SME, the candidate will be responsible of the Global Template (GT) in PP+QM area. You will design, customize, configure, and perform testing of SAP PP & QM modules document functional designs, test cases and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Protect the GT – understand the designed way of working at the Client Site and reduce as possible deviations from the BPD's (business process documents – describing the GT)

- Make sure that the BPD’s are updated with every approved changes

- Share knowledge and "know how" with local support (level1)

- Performing detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions that aligns with GT and when needed, configuring the system to meet those requirements

- Working on multiple internal Projects as a team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities

- Collaborate heavily with different resources in different locations including Multi-functional, DEV, technical teams,
- ordinate and implement the solution

- Write functional design to ensure the specifications and their implications are understood and appropriately passed onto to technical build teams

- Identify potential
- around to system changes or limitations, identify level of efforts required to efficiently implement changes to business processes and user activities

- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map requirements, processes, and objectives for new Role-Outs

- Provide a critical eye to design proposals from functional teams to drive optimization, reduce complexity and minimize ongoing maintenance

- Work with regional and local teams in the adoption of the globally recommended solution and integration design. Support them with any additional locally driven requirements definition, detailed design, build and implementation

- Ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within budget for PP and QM streams

- Monitor delivery and tasks and report on progress in project governance for PP and QM

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of
- on SAP functional experience in the PP and QM modules, including at least one
- cycle implementation.

- Deep understanding of core business processes.

- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed configuration and technical specifications using standard SAP tools and best practices.

- Document functional designs, test cases, and results

- Strong technical knowledge of SAP, including basic concepts of development and dictionary objects, customer enhancements, and a solid understanding of ABAP and debugging.

- Exceptional communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.

- Experience with external system integrations and interfaces, ability to maintain a holistic view of the

- end architecture, amalgamating inputs from both SAP and
- SAP functional teams.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Previous experience working in a global team or a similar governance role

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
