This is a
- time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager (Instagram content and direct messages) based in Porto with some opportunities for remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and scheduling engaging Instagram content, managing and responding to direct messages, monitoring social media metrics, and developing strategies to grow our online presence. They will also be expected to collaborate with other team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social media channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social Media Management, specifically Instagram content creation and engagement (please, provide references to the IG pages or content you were working on in the past)
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling;
• Excellent communication skills for managing direct messages and interacting with followers (B2-C1 English level)
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for growth
• Capable of working both independently and within a team on a hybrid schedule
• Experience in using content creation tools (canva, adobe apps, capcut)
• Relevant experience in content creation (please, provide the references to the IG pages or content you created and how it improved metrics of the business).

We don't require a university degree for this role but you
- on experience, successful cases of how your work helped brands raise awareness and engage the community are vital.
