We are looking for a SOC Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.

Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot security alerts, research specific solutions, and deliver them.
2. Promptly respond following processes to alerts in monitoring tools.
3. Manage security changes according to any necessary change management process.
4. Handle, track, review, and orchestrate received tickets.
5. Prioritize tasks according to SLAs.
6. Work with the team to identify service improvements.
7. Proactively identify, own, and escalate any impactful issues.
8. Training in the field of information technology or similar.
9. Previous experience in Security Operations Center or equivalent.
10. Proficiency in network infrastructures including LAN and WAN technologies.
11. Understanding of network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS/NTP, Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP), MPLS.
12. Experience with security monitoring tools (e. g. , Dark
    Trace, Crowd
    Strike, Guard
    Duty, etc. ).
13. Versatility and the capability to excel in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
14. Fluency in English (mandatory).
15. Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
