Social Media Advisor German Speaker (B2/C1) + English - Porto

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–19:00 (2 rotating days off)

Upcoming Change: Rotative shifts between 09:00–21:00, including night shift soon

Salary: 1, 100€ (14 months)

Requirement: Strong Customer Service background + Familiar with KPIs

About the Role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Social Media Advisor to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will support customers on social media channels, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high‑quality service experience. Candidates must be comfortable working with KPIs and adaptable to changing schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms in German and English
• Manage posts, messages, comments, and reviews with professionalism and accuracy
• Provide clear solutions, elevate issues when necessary, and maintain service quality
• Meet performance KPIs (response time, quality scores, customer satisfaction, etc. )
• Ensure a consistent brand tone in all interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

Requirements

• German B2/C1 + strong English
• Proven Customer Service experience, ideally in contact centers
• Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics
• Ability to work on‑site in Porto
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including future night shifts
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
