Schedule: Monday to Sunday (two days off, rotative), 9h to 18h

What You’ll Do

You will be providing Social Media support for our client’s video streaming platform. Social Media Agent will be responsible for addressing customer needs, maintaining thorough communication, and routing escalations promptly. This role acts as a liaison between customers and resources within our client company, resolving issues efficiently to maximize customer value and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Focus on delivering key results like customer satisfaction,
  - time resolution, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Demonstrate ownership, high commitment, and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and work quickly to implement solutions.
• Solve partner issues with innovative techniques, identify efficiency gains, and conduct root cause analyses.
• Communicate effectively: interpret partner sentiment and address requests/concerns promptly to build strong relationships.
• Support partner queries related to channel management, performance, analytics, and technical issues in a friendly manner.
• Serve as a consultant to internal stakeholders on the video platform product.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in direct customer service, ideally in contact centers and B2C/B2B environments.
• Experience in advertising, media planning, copywriting, or social media campaigns is a plus.
• Interest and knowledge of online social media.
• Self-motivated,
  - oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with internet technologies, software, and terminology.
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills, adaptable tone depending on the user.
• Ability to develop
  - focused solutions through ongoing support.
• Strong critical thinking and
  - solving skills, with appropriate escalation when needed.
• Comfortable in a
  - changing environment, with capacity to learn and apply new information quickly.
