We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Creator!

Egg Back Home is looking for a
- on and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our team in Portugal. This role is not only about managing social media but also about capturing authentic moments — with a strong focus on video production and photography.

What you’ll do

• Plan and execute content strategies for Instagram, Tik
  Tok, Pinterest, and Linked
  In
• Capture and edit short videos and photos that reflect our brand identity
• Create engaging content during our daily 9–5 production life and product moments
• Write impactful captions that connect emotionally with our audience
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align visuals and storytelling

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong photography and video capture skills (essential)
• Good editing skills for Reels, Tik
  Toks, and lifestyle videos
• Fluent English writing and communication
• Creative mindset, attention to detail, and passion for visual storytelling
