- stopping content, this might be for you! We are looking for a Social Media Assistant / Content Creator to help Unwind Studio grow its digital presence through thoughtful, beautiful and engaging content across all channels.

Role Overview
You will report to the Marketing Manager and support them in creating, scheduling and optimizing content across social media, the website and email. Your days will be split between shooting and editing content, managing our social feeds, and keeping our products and imagery looking great online. This role is perfect for someone who is
- on, highly visual, loves social media and is excited about the craft world (bonus if you are a maker yourself).
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (posts, Reels, Tik
Toks, Stories, Shorts) for Instagram, Tik
Tok, Pinterest and You
Tube. - Plan and publish daily Instagram content and Stories that reflect our brand and support launches, campaigns and evergreen storytelling.
- Repurpose existing content (blog posts, stitch guides, tutorials, community photos) into formats suitable for social platforms.
- Capture and edit
- studio photography and short videos for social and email campaigns. - Curate content from our community (UGC): identify great customer photos and videos, request permission and integrate them into content calendars in a
- consistent way. - Help manage
-
- day community interactions by responding to comments, DMs and mentions in a warm, helpful,
- brand tone. - Stay on top of trends and new features across social platforms and bring ideas for content, formats and experiments.
Who You Are
- You are obsessed with social media and understand how people consume content on Instagram, Tik
Tok, Pinterest and You
Tube. - You have a strong visual eye and care about aesthetics, color, composition and detail.
- You feel comfortable writing copy in a friendly, warm brand tone for captions, stories, pins and simple product descriptions.
- You are proactive. You do not just wait for briefs, you propose ideas and love making things happen.
- You are organized and can manage multiple tasks (shooting, editing, posting, updating product information) without losing track.
- You are curious about data and want to understand why certain posts perform better than others.
- You have a genuine interest in the craft / DIY / slow living world. You might even be a stitcher or maker yourself.
Skills & Experience
- Experience creating content for brands or personal projects on Instagram and/or Tik
Tok (please send portfolio, Reels, Tik
Toks or examples). - Basic to intermediate skills in photo and video editing (e. G. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Cap
Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, mobile editing apps or equivalent). - Comfortable shooting content with phone and/or camera, both
- studio and lifestyle. - Familiarity with social media best practices (formats, hooks, storytelling, trends).
- Strong writing and communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good time management and organization skills.
