Social Media B2B Sales Representative in Lisbon - French Speaker

Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media B2B Sales Representative will be:
Advising and consulting small and
- sized businesses to help them grow through social media advertising
Acquiring new advertisers within the SMB market
Supporting and extending
- service advertising solutions for clients
Providing both
- sales and
- sales support
Guiding clients on tools, products, and marketing strategies
Identifying trends and sharing customer feedback with the engineering team
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
EU citizenship or valid work permit/residency card (mandatory)
Native level of French and fluent English (B2–C1 minimum)
Sales mindset or previous sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing
Reliability, motivation, and commitment to delivering results
Drive for excellence and professionalism
What’s in it for you?
Contract type: Long-term
- term contract, renewable annually
Probation period: 30 days before contract signing
Working hours: Rotating shifts, 5 days/week, 8h/day, Monday to Sunday, 8 am – 6 pm
Salary package (two options):
With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month
Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month
Additional benefits:

Compensation during training (15 days): 50% of hourly wage with lower tax rate

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
