Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media Business Agent will be:

• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email
• Identifying and developing sales opportunities
• Acquiring new advertisers in the small and medium business (SMB) sector
• Providing consultative support to offer the best solutions for client goals
• Delivering tailored recommendations based on each client’s needs
• Collecting and sharing feedback on advertising products to improve performance

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native French speaker with a good level of English (minimum B2)
• Background or strong interest in sales and marketing
• Understanding of online marketing products and strategies
• Strategic thinker with a

• Professional, proactive, and committed to excellence
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Team-oriented and open to working in a multicultural environment
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit required

What’s in it for you?

• One-year
  - term contract, renewable annually
• Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00
• Salary package:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1040€ gross/month
  • Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
