Your responsibilities and impact as a Social Media Business Agent will be:

Building strong relationships with new and existing customers via phone and email

Identifying and developing sales opportunities

Acquiring new advertisers in the small and medium business (SMB) sector

Providing consultative support to offer the best solutions for client goals

Delivering tailored recommendations based on each client’s needs

Collecting and sharing feedback on advertising products to improve performance

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native French speaker with a good level of English (minimum B2)

Background or strong interest in sales and marketing

Understanding of online marketing products and strategies

Strategic thinker with a

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit required
