The Role

Plan and run content strategy for Instagram, Linked
In, Facebook, and Tik
Tok

Build engaging carousels using our design templates and brand guidelines

Film

- scenes content and B-roll during monthly Lisbon visits

Support founder's personal brand across Instagram and Linked
In

Repurpose podcasts and interviews into shareable social content

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

3+ years managing social media for brands or creators

Strong understanding of hooks, headlines, and visual storytelling

Experience with Canva or similar design tools

Based in Portugal with ability to travel to Lisbon 2x per month

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Veed, Metricool, Click
Up, and Slack

Background in Saa
S, finance, or tech marketing

Comfortable appearing in

What We Offer

Salary: USD 2, 400 per month

Schedule: Full-time with flexible hours (daytime availability required)

Remote-first, with
- person filming sessions in Lisbon 2 times per month
