About the Role

You will own the end‑to‑end content creation engine for David Laroche and Paradox’s social media. Your main goal is to transform raw gold from our video vault into viral magic across Twitter/X, Instagram Reels, carousels, quote visuals, and Linked
In posts.

Responsibilities

• Mine our library of seminars, webinars, testimonials, and programs to extract insights and turn them into short‑form, high‑impact pieces.
• Create Twitter/X threads, Reels, carousels, quote visuals, and Linked
  In ghostwritten posts to capture traction and spark conversation.
• Maintain a killer editorial calendar (Metricool) aligned with overarching objectives.
• Test, iterate, and evolve: design systems to spot what works and double‑down fast.
• Monitor engagement, reach, clicks, and shares; extract actionable insights and systemize what works.
• Test variations in hooks, visuals, editing, tone, and optimize relentlessly.
• Document and systematize learnings into scalable frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Ability to repurpose long‑form content into engaging short‑form formats.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and designing skills.
• Fast turnaround on short vertical video content (Reels, Tik
  Toks, You
  Tube Shorts).
• Skills in creating scroll‑stopping carousels, quote graphics, and other Instagram‑first visual content (Canva, Figma, Photoshop).
• Experience with analytics tools (Metricool, Later, or native platform analytics).
• Self‑driven and able to own the content creation process end‑to‑end.
• Constantly scanning trends and platform updates to keep content innovative.

• Runway, Midjourney, Eleven Labs, Descript, Opus Clip, Canva, Adobe, GPT‑based tools to create content with AI.
