About The Role

As a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator for Tik
Tok, you review videos, comments, and accounts to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content (videos, comments, profiles) in Dutch.
• Identify and remove content that violates platform guidelines.
• Handle reports from users in a timely and objective manner.
• Escalate complex issues according to internal procedures.
• Stay updated with moderation policies and platform updates.

Your Profile

• Fluent Dutch speaker.
• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.
• Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.
