Social Media Content Moderator (German) - Shape a Positive Online Experience! (Porto)

We're looking for a motivated and
- oriented Social Media Content Moderator (German) to join our dynamic team in Porto. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and secure online experience for our users on a popular social media platform.

What You'll Do:

1. Review and moderate online content, including videos, images, and text, to ensure compliance with our client's guidelines.
2. Address user complaints and legal notices related to copyright work or material.
3. Manage and update content on the social media platform, ensuring it adheres to accuracy and quality standards.
4. Audit received content for compliance before approval for social media upload.
5. Monitor and maintain a strong knowledge of our client's products and services.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Uphold the highest standards of data security and customer privacy.

What We're Looking For:

1. Native or C1 level fluency in German and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level).
2. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
3. Excellent
   - tasking abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Patience and exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a professional and pleasant demeanor in all situations.
6. Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software programs.
7. An associate degree in a related field with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
8. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts (24/7) with two days off per week.

   • Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 EUR in Economy class
