Role: Social Media Content Moderator

Location: POP - Porto Office Park, Porto

Languages: French OR German OR Italian + English (B2)

Contract Type: Permanent

Base Salary: 14, 000 - 15, 000 per year

Relocation Package offered

Shifts: 8 hours per day in rotational shifts; 40 hours/week; 5 work days; 2 days off rotational (Monday to Sunday, 07:00 - 16:00, 14:00 - 23:00, 22:30 - 07:30)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and moderate online content, including videos, complaints, and legal notices, to ensure compliance with client guidelines.
2. Protect customer data and strictly adhere to accuracy and confidentiality standards.
3. Audit, review, and update social media content.
4. Handle inquiries and provide quality service to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

1. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in PC usage.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
