In the Role

We're seeking a proactive
- form video producer to join our content marketing team and help shape and scale our
- form video presence across Tik
Tok, Reels, and Shorts. This role will report to the head of content and be remotely based in Europe or the CET timezone.

What you will do:

1. Build and manage a content production pipeline to create one
   - quality
   - form video per day.
2. Scout, onboard, manage, and rotate external creators and video contractors, sourcing via platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
3. Test and iterate on content pillars, creative hooks, and video formats to increase views and engagement among future tech professionals.
4. Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
5. Manage contracts and payments for all creators.
6. Collaborate with creators for influencer partnerships and explore new collaboration opportunities.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising or
   - form video creative production.
2. A portfolio demonstrating results in viewership or engagement growth.
3. Experience sourcing and casting talent via creator marketplaces or freelance platforms.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, thriving in
   - paced environments.
5. Deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, You
   Tube Shorts, Tik
   Tok, including trends and platform nuances.
6. Excellent storytelling and scripting skills, with attention to hooks, structure, and CTAs.
7. Data-driven approach with experience analyzing social media metrics.
8. Familiarity with editing tools such as Cap
   Cut or In
   Shot.
9. Ability to stay updated with platform best practices and algorithm changes.

Bonus points:

1. Experience with generative AI tools for content creation (e. g. , Chat
   GPT, Midjourney, Hey
   Gen, Eleven
   Labs, Descript).
2. Running successful social channels and independently producing videos from concept to posting.
3. Knowledge of SEO and metadata optimization for discoverability.
4. On-set or remote shoot experience, including camera, lighting, and audio basics.
5. Existing network of US-based creators and ability to mobilize them quickly.
