Social Media Customer Care Specialist (Dutch B2/C1 + English)
We're looking for B2-C1 Dutch speakers to join Global Services & Support project in Porto as a Customer Care Specialist. In this role, you'll support one of the worlds leading digital platforms by providing

Work Model: On-Site in Porto (relocation provided)
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to 19:00. Later possibility of extending beyond 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative shifts). 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
- Days Off: 2 rotating days
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined service levels.
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams where necessary.
- Track, meet, and exceed KPIs in areas like response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all communications.
Requirements:
- Dutch B2/C1 (written and spoken)
- English proficiency (B2, written and spoken)
- Previous
Customer Service background - Familiarity with KPIs
- Flexibility to work rotative shifts
