We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to join our growing team!

About The Role

As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining content calendars across various crypto, blockchain, and Web3 projects. You will ensure content is scheduled and published consistently across key platforms, monitor channels, and support community management by responding to comments and messages. A key part of the role is driving engagement and maintaining an active, consistent social presence aligned with each project’s tone and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, create, and maintain content calendars across platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and others, in line with social media strategy.
2. Schedule and publish content regularly using tools like Sprout Social, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Monitor channels daily and respond to comments, mentions, and DMs to foster a strong brand presence.
4. Generate engaging,
   - brand content ideas collaboratively with design and content teams.
5. Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Design teams on campaigns and broader social strategies.
6. Track key performance metrics and support ongoing content and campaign optimization using analytics tools.
7. Stay informed about crypto, blockchain, and Web3 trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
8. Support campaign rollouts, token launches, and project announcements across multiple accounts.
9. Contribute ideas for new formats and engagement tactics to grow social presence.

About You

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive.
2. Experience working on
   - related projects such as presales or ICOs is a plus.
3. Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
5. Excellent written communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a
   - paced environment.
