Responsibilities

• Review reports from users and evaluate text, images, videos, and other digital content.
• Take action based on established internal policies and assess whether content complies with community guidelines.
• Identify potential threats, protect user well‑being, and maintain platform integrity.
• Receive full training to understand guidelines, escalation procedures, and safety protocols required for responsible moderation work.
• Work in a multicultural office with rotational shifts covering both weekdays and weekends; collaboration, strong communication, and attention to detail are vital for success.
