Deliverables

• Develop and implement a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook
• Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement and messages
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns to support growth objectives
• Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports
• Collaborate on creative direction and brand messaging
• Attend occasional onsite meetings in Lisbon as required

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram and Facebook
• Proficiency in content creation, including photo editing and video reels
• Familiarity with Meta Ads management and campaign optimization
• Strong written communication and creative skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Availability for part‑time, contract work with occasional onsite presence in Lisbon
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
