Job Description: Social Media Manager at Usercentrics

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our organic channels. You will be the voice of our brand online, responsible for planning and managing content, crafting engaging copy, sourcing content, and posting with personality. Additionally, you will support light design tasks and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

1. Own and execute our organic social media strategy across platforms such as Linked
   In, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Tik
   Tok.
2. Manage and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand priorities.
3. Create compelling,
   - brand copy tailored for each platform and audience.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to surface stories and content ideas.
5. Design visual assets using Canva or Figma to ensure engaging posts.
6. Monitor social trends and analytics to optimize performance.
7. Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster community growth.
8. Report on content performance and provide
   - driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in
  - growth environments.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Figma for creating and editing visuals.
• Strong organizational skills and experience with content calendars.
• Curiosity and proactive attitude towards content ideas and trends.
• Knowledge of social trends and emerging platforms; experience with Brandwatch is a plus.
• Experience in community building and engagement is advantageous.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social is a plus.
